Cancellation Policy:
Within 14 Days of Booking:
You are entitled to a full refund if cancellation occurs within 14 days of booking, provided no services have been delivered.
After 14 Days:
A cancellation fee of £250 will apply.
From 1st July 2025:
If you cancel after 30th June 2025, you are liable for the cost of your accommodation.
Final Cancellations:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 31st August 2025. You are liable for the total cost of the Retreat after this date.
